This is a Photograph of an Indian Star Tortoise which had been captured by me. The Indian Star Tortoise is a spicy of the Tortoise who can be found in dry areas in the World such as India, Sri Lanka & Pakistan. Also, They live in Scrub forests.
I am a Sri Lankan & I captured this Photograph at my home garden. It was a most beautiful & unforgettable movement in my Photography life. One day this Tortoise came in to my garden. I think that She finding something to eat around the our state. Many days, I had sew that someone has eat leaves of my flower plants 🌱 & grasses which were in the garden.
I think that this Tortoise lives in the jungle near my home. One day I saw this animal in our state & She was walking towards the dockyard. It was a rainy 🌧 day. I took my camera & also umbrella.☔️ Just down in to the dockyard also, I slowly chased her.
It was a more funny movement. when I approached her, She crawled in to the Shell. She was very scared & frightened. It can't run loud. I know that but I wanted to capture her. But she don't know about my feelings. She feared me a lot as I was an enemy. But I never been an enemy & never kill or trouble her.
In time, I feel that she become accustomed me. She threw her face out from the shell & looked at me helplessly & again go in to the shell. Actually, she is an innocent animal.
I have a Nikon D5300 camera with kit lens. So, It is difficult to capture wild animals. That is why many times, animals see me as a nuisance. But actually I love them. ❤️
It was difficult to focus this animal because that day was a rainy day 🌧 & My device isn't a suitable one for capture wild animals.
I got many shots & I selected this photograph as a best shot from those captured photographs.
Actually, It was a wonderful movement & that day become a unforgettable day because of this Tortoise. I love her lot & also I am a nature lover. I never destroy the nature & wildlife. I am full committed to conserving the nature. Finally, as a Photographer, I tell that, Just as we are been happy with Nature, We should also save the Nature & Animals.
